  • Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders may ship from multiple locations, including the United States and select international fulfillment centers.
  • The shipping origin depends on product availability and customer location.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.
  • Customers will be notified by email if any delay occurs.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, customs clearance, destination, or weather conditions.
Note: Shipping estimates do not include processing time.


5. Shipping Fees

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping.
  • International Orders: Flat rate of $7.99.

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
  • Jorrol is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
