Return & Refund Policy

At Jorrol, we want you to enjoy a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials received with the item.

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Non-defective items returned in original condition.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, altered, or misused items.
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

2. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Use the original packaging and include all components.
  4. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Write the return authorization number clearly on the package.
  5. Inspection & Approval: After we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
  • Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
  • To request an exchange, email [email protected].
  • The original item must be returned for inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Include clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • You may request either a refund or a replacement.
  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.

6. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may still be returned under this policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
