Eligibility for Returns
✔ Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
✔ Returns are accepted for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Non-defective items returned in original condition
❌ We do not accept returns for: - Used, altered, or misused items
- Custom or special order items (unless defective or damaged)
- Items marked as Final Sale
How to Return a Product
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
2️⃣ Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions.
3️⃣ Pack the Item: Use the original packaging and include all items.
4️⃣ Ship It: Customers are responsible for the return shipping label (unless the item is defective). Clearly write the return authorization number on the package.
5️⃣ Inspection & Approval: Once received, our team will inspect the item before issuing a refund or exchange.
Refunds
✔ Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
❌ No refunds will be issued for returned products that do not meet the return conditions.
Exchanges
✔ Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

2️⃣ Return the original item for inspection (customer covers shipping).
3️⃣ If approved, we will ship a replacement. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
✔ Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
✔ Include photos showing the damage or defect.
✔ You can request either a refund or replacement. Return shipping is covered by us for defective items.
Order Cancellations
✔ To cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible.
✔ If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled — you may still return it under our return policy.
