Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. During checkout, enter your shipping and payment information. Your order will be processed once your payment is successfully confirmed.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.


Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Time (U.S. only): 3–7 business days

2. What are the shipping costs?

  • Flat rate (U.S.): $4.95 for all order.
    Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. What if my order is lost or damaged?
Please contact [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for refunds or exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

2. How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] to request a return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

2. Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started. Contact us at [email protected] to check whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, and PayPal.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure third-party payment gateways to protect your payment and personal information.
