- Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable, as they are made to your specifications.

Refunds for Cancellations
- If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation.
- If canceled before shipping, any shipping fees will also be refunded.
Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items
