Cancellation Policy

At Jorrol, we understand that plans may change. This cancellation policy explains how and when you can cancel an order, as well as what to expect in terms of refunds.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing [email protected].
  • After 24 hours, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, the order may still be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled, as they are made to your specifications and begin processing immediately.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Our team will check the status of your order and let you know whether it is eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after confirmation.
  • If your order is canceled before it is shipped, any shipping fees will also be refunded.

Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items and orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation or return unless defective or damaged.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
We will resolve the issue by shipping the correct item or missing component at no additional cost, or by offering an alternative resolution if preferred.
