Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are processed and shipped.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable, as they are made to your specifications.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Our team will check the status of your order and assist you with the cancellation process if it’s still eligible.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation.
  • If canceled before shipping, any shipping fees will also be refunded.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items

Final sale items and shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation.


Wrong or Missing Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
  • We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or including the missing item in a future shipment, based on your preference.
